I was sitting at the kitchen table with mum discussing her sweetener Stevia Stroe that she uses in her coffee. My previous analysis of artificial sweeteners like Splenda have scared me a bit. To my surprise I found that Stevia Stroe is a good alternative with a glycemic index of 0 and it is derived from a plant.
